APT IS NOW A REGISTERED ENTITY
African Pearl Troupe is now a registered organization under the Federal Act. for LEGAL CORPORATE EXISTANCE. The reg. No. 40046-36.. Under the enactment of the above Law, new Office bearers were elected on. 07/30/05..at Cardinal Hayes Memorial School.
The Organizational structure of APT therefore cbanged , and this means that some positions have been totally eliminated.
The Group shall have no Patron, we appreciate the role that has been played by the outgoing Patron. Much as there has been a structural role, most of the work that has led the Troupe to its current position has been from the volunteering and desire by the entire membersship. The new structure honors this stand by making all the members share holders, who are free to by as many shares as they wish in the Coorperation.
At the same time, every member is still expected to play a role and bring Ideas to assist running each department, for the betterment of the Troupe. In addition, members shall continue to honor the role of maintaining the subcription payment and regular attendance which enables the upkeep of the Troupe.
We wish our new office bearers a peacefull and very productive for the time in their new Offices and we also urge the membership to cooperate and utilize these offices fully for moving the troupe forward.

It is difficult to express the importance of the contribution by all the members who worked with us in the rudimentary stages of APT/ G, without their tireless and self less sercrifice, which has lasted up to date, there would be no APT/ G.
